Pool area was lovely , very clean, pool was a good temperature Staff friendly, and helpful and very accommodating. Room was big very clean , lovely views from x2 balconies bathroom spacious. General decor of the hotel was tired, needs an update ,but did not spoil our stay . We were only booked in for B&B ,breakfast ok good choice ,but hot food was often cold .That really is my only negative of our stay. Hotel was a good location to all other amenities, beach, and to our family who live in the area. I would stay here again- Thank you 😊

I was placed in a room about 500 yards from the lift. As I am not very mobile this was a problem for me, and the hotel was very full. One of the guys at reception perceived the problem and with determination after 4 days managed to get me a very suitable room. The staff were all exemplary, extremely smart and with perfect uniforms, friendly without being obtrusive, and helpful. The gardens in which the hotel is set are perfect; marble fountains, walks, palm trees and the most beautiful purple bougainvillea which can see in my mind's eye as I write this. The cleaning staff were so helpful. Sometimes doing the whole room or just the bathroom as I asked.

Hotel was friendly and extremely clean. Good situation for travel by train and near small shops in old town. Lifts down to beach if you needed it.

We recommend this hotel that exceeded expectations. It's kept spotlessly clean, which is a credit to the staff. OK, needs an update, but if you can get over that, it's fine. Reception pleasant. Nice grounds I really don't get the negative feedback, if you want ☆☆☆☆☆ accommodation and facilities than pay for it ! Pool / bar really nice. No fight for sunbeds or ridiculous middle of the night Moronic reservation of beds. Room big and clean. What more can you ask. Fantastic value for money. If you go here, you will have to get over the minor bumps and blemishes Keep up the great work

Got an upgrade to a room with a view. They were quick and courteous. Beautiful location. I liked that the pool got emptied out before 9pm. It's annoying to listen to people screaming with loud background music whilst your working on your laptop during the day. If this had continued to late in the evening I would not have been able to sleep.
